Over a decade and half, Megan has delivered strategic advice and hands-on management that results in increased revenue while simultaneously delivering improved return-on-investment. Her ability to provide advice that is insightful, battle-tested, and pragmatic, is rare and sought-after.   

Early in her career, she successfully managed large global projects, leading to a rapid series of promotions. Later, as Executive Director of United Dance Merchants of America, she developed strategy and managed operations resulting in record revenue and profit. Her courage to ask tough questions, reshape processes, and challenge long-held assumptions, led to results previously unimagined.

As a valuable strategic partner, she knows that success starts before the planning begins. Working with CEOs and executive teams, Megan will inject profitability into your organization’s strategies.

Her undergraduate degree is from Northern Illinois University where she earned a BA in Corporate Communications. She earned an athletic scholarship for volleyball and was elected Captain the team. Her skills as a teacher and coach were quickly evident and led to her being recruited to teach high school volleyball players.  

A Certified Association Executive, Megan was named to the “Forty Under Forty” list in Chicagoland by the Association Forum. She resides in Chicago with her partner, Michael, a commercial photographer and is active in the arts and music communities.  Her most recent and exciting project has been filming for the television show, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel!
